Girls Development

Welcome to the Girls Development at NCCFC. We welcome girls from the age of four years old, with a fun and friendly introduction to football.

Our sessions take place weekly during term time, and we focus on having fun, making friends, developing basic footballing skills all whilst hopefully growing a love for the game.

We recognise the importance of building confidence and facilitating enjoyment, so ensure our sessions are interactive and well-balanced with fun games and preparation for matches.

We have a great group of coaches who are dedicated to support the girls navigate through their early experiences of football. We work closely with the other NCCFC age groups so that a pathway is identified as and when the girls are ready to take their next step and begin playing weekly matches.
