Sarah Rowe Receives Award at Grassroots Football Event

We’re incredibly proud to share some brilliant news from the local football community!

Our very own Sarah Rowe (Girls Lead) recently attended the FAW & SWFA Grassroots Football Awards after being nominated for the prestigious Community Coach of the Year award.

The nomination came as a surprise to Sarah, after being submitted by a group of appreciative coaches and parents within our club – a true reflection of the positive impact Sarah has made both on and off the pitch.

While she didn’t take home the main prize, Sarah was awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ certificate – a fantastic recognition that celebrates her commitment, passion, and support for grassroots football.

This honour is a testament to the work being done at our club to create an inclusive, encouraging, and fun football environment for all our players – something Sarah is at the forefront of.
