We are North Cardiff Cosmos FC
North Cardiff Cosmos FC is a vibrant, inclusive, and progressive football club that proudly serves boys, girls, women, and men. Our mission is to provide a passion-driven environment where players of all ages, genders, races, and religions can thrive and enjoy the beautiful game.
We break the mould of grassroots football in Wales. We prioritise inclusivity, raise standards and invest in our team and community, both on and off the pitch.
Run entirely by volunteers, North Cardiff Cosmos FC is a Platinum Accredited club, reflecting our commitment to excellence and community spirit. We are passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to participate and excel in football, ensuring that our club remains a beacon of inclusivity and progressiveness in the sports community.

Football has the power to change and we feel very privileged to be one of the largest clubs in Wales given we’ve only existed for 12 months. With this comes responsibility and we take football very seriously, but we also want it to be seriously fun.

We aim to keep stakeholders included and informed and we’ll aim to go above and beyond when we can. Positive impact remains one of our guiding beliefs and that extends way beyond the football pitch.

What We Do
Football, the beautiful game
We provide opportunities to all – grassroots is at our core and we aim to provide excellent facilities, coaching and equipment to raise the bar for all that wear the badge.
We run football for children, teenagers and adults.
Our club is 58% male and 42% female (players) in make up and we truly believe that football is for all. We run training, matches, development centres and our flagship festival that attracts thousands of people across one weekend in June.
We run over 20 age groups with over 500 players and more than 100 coaches. We provide first-rate coach education, kit, e equipment to enable our players and coaches to be the best they can be. We believe in the power of the individual within the team environment
