Our North Cardiff Cosmos Under 7 Girls had a fantastic day out on Sunday 4 October, as they were invited to be mascots for Cardiff City FC Women’s fixture against Cardiff Met FC Women.
The girls had the unforgettable opportunity to walk out onto the pitch alongside the players before kick-off, creating special memories and giving them an experience they will remember for a long time.
The occasion was made even better by a brilliant performance from Cardiff City Women, who secured an impressive 7-1 victory.
This was the second recent opportunity for our Cosmos girls to enjoy a special experience with Cardiff City FC Women, following another fantastic day for our Under 9 Girls earlier this season.
We are incredibly grateful to Cardiff City FC Women for their continued support and for helping to create such memorable experiences for our young players. It is fantastic to see our relationship growing, and we look forward to building on this partnership in the future.
A huge thank you to everyone at Cardiff City FC Women for making our Under 7 Girls feel so welcome. The girls had the best day out, and we are proud to see them enjoying opportunities like these both on and off the pitch!
