Today, North Cardiff Cosmos FC proudly supports one of our own, as Under 9’s Girls coach Tristan Humphreys takes on the London Marathon.
Tristan is running the iconic 26.2-mile course not just as a personal challenge, but to raise vital funds for Action Aid. His efforts form part of a wider fundraising campaign, with donations already coming in to support his cause.
Taking on the London Marathon is a huge achievement in itself, requiring months of dedication, training and commitment — all while continuing his work within the club. Tristan’s willingness to go the extra mile, both on and off the pitch, is exactly why he is such a valued member of North Cardiff Cosmos FC.
